Cost & Affordability
Most Ontario suites fall between $3,000 and $6,000 a month, all-inclusive. The range depends on the community, the suite, and the level of care.
Cost & Affordability GuideOne monthly rate covers the suite, utilities, meals in the dining room, housekeeping, and the full program calendar. Care services are added on top, priced to the level you actually need.
Depending on the province, you may qualify for a seniors’ care tax credit, a rent supplement, or veterans’ benefits. Our team can point you to the programs that apply where you live.
Living Options & Care
Independent Living is for people who manage day to day on their own and want the meals, programs and company. Assisted Living adds personal care — help with medication, bathing and dressing — from a team on site around the clock.
Usually, yes. Most Aspira communities offer more than one living option, so care can be added in the suite you already have, or you move once within the same building rather than to a new address.
Yes, at selected communities. Memory Care is a secure neighbourhood with its own team, smaller groups, and a routine built around familiarity. The community finder shows which residences offer it.
Daily Life & Amenities
Chef-prepared and seasonal, served table-side in the dining room, with choices at every meal and a kitchen that learns what you like. Nourish by Aspira is the program behind it.
Yes. Pets are welcome at Aspira communities, subject to size and the residence’s own pet policy. Ask on your tour and we will go through the details for that building.
Deciding What’s Right
A tour takes about an hour. You will see suites, the dining room, and the program calendar, and meet the team. Bring the questions you actually care about, and a family member if it helps.
The monthly rate and what it includes, how care is added later, the food, and the week’s calendar. Then the things only a visit tells you: whether the staff know residents by name, and whether people look at home.
Aspira & Sienna
Aspira Retirement Living is part of the Sienna Senior Living family. Sienna is the parent company; Aspira is the retirement living brand and the name on the communities.
Some residences are owned by another party and run day to day by our team. The programs, the standards and the people are Aspira’s; the ownership simply sits elsewhere.
